I have been married to my husband since 1955. We have 3 children, 2 sons and 1 daughter. They are all married and successful in their chosen careers. Our oldest son has 1 son. Our daughter has 1 daughter (who is married) and 1 son who is still looking. Our youngest son has 2 sons.
I am a retired accounting clerk, working in this field for 25 years. My last position was with a life insurance company. I was the senior clerk in the agent commissions department. During my career I met many associates in the insurance industry and was a member of National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW) for many years. I served on the local chapter Board of Directors in various positions.
After retirement I began an intriguing Bible Study that was written in 1897. The study takes 4 years to complete. After "graduation" from that, I began teaching Four Years Through The Bible and am now in my second year of teaching.
My husband and I share our home with a 4 pound Chihuahua named Lil' Bit.
